Spacing in an adult; closed with passive, low-force mechanics with Invisalign.
Underbite (jaw related); treated with Invisalign followed by surgery on both jaws.
Anterior (front) crossbite; corrected with a simple ramp made of tooth composite; no retainer needed.
Congenitally missing upper lateral incisor; spaces closed and canines reshaped instead of implants.
Open bite with severe protrusion; treated with the extraction of four premolars ("extractions are rare in my office").
Jaw asymmetry; braces in preparation for jaw surgery.
Narrow arches and severe crowding; Damon System, no extractions and no expanders ("we extract for the face, not for the space").
Adult with severe protrusion, Class II bite and crossbite; corrected with the Damon system and elastics.
